Thus raising the incentives for people to learn how to drive, or risk getting fined double if they're caught. |

Man, we are WAY off topic... or are we? Perhaps these pages are the unlicensed drivers, Foley was trying to get them to drive him home, and they didn't know how to drive stick and got pulled over? |
